Sorry to bother you, but could you please remove the GIF images about the soldier's costumes of the 5 main countries? I did not realize about the format til I was about to upload Reim's image. Now they are all in PNG format, but the GIF format is still over there...
Hello. I was wondering if it would be alright to create pages for extras with list of them, short info and summaries (one for volumes' extras and one for drafts)?
Yes but she posted on tegaki also other things, something like this for example. It's okay to skip them or list them in section "others" or something (since they can't even be summarized)? Now that I think about it, how should the pages be named? "Volumes' extras" will probably work for them but what for tegaki? "Othata Shinobu's Tegaki extras"? "Unreleased extras"? Or maybe how I referred to them earlier, "Ohtaka Shinobu's drafts"? I'm out of ideas... And one more thing about them. When mentioning the date she posted them should I refer to it as "posted", "published", "released", etc.? I'm not really knowledgeable when it comes to such things, sorry.
By the way, volumes layout would look like this: [1] but, maybe only for me, it looks kinda... off, "summary" seems a little too small. And... well, I'd be very grateful for a any help with this ^^;;
Isn't the image about Morgiana thinking about her family or something. Little summaries like that are good enough. You can still put the image on the page though, just use
{{Clr}}
, so that it won't be all jumbled up. Volumes' Extras is good, and I guess Shinobu Ohtaka's Tegaki Extras, since its the most descriptive. You can use posted.
It is, took the wrong example (this may be better, because describing it would feel like in school, "In the photo I can see..." be useless). But whatever. Thanks for the help.
Having completed describing fight pages (finally...), I though of working a little on eps image galleries, but I'm fairly sure you wrote somewhere that only significant ones should have this kind of page. The question is, what/which exactly did you mean?
I've been thinking about this since they appeared with Kouha in Magnostadt, but because we didn't know their names I didn't ask anything, but it's okay if I create pages for them? There's not much official information, but we can begin with the plot, and stuff like that.
Hail ManikWorld, I am an admin of the Toaru Majutsu no Index Wiki and I have come to request an affiliation with your wiki. The demographics of both series are shounen, and the vast expanse of the series' world's construction is colored by a great many hued characters and object, surely the author should be of high praise. Soon, we shall create a page for affiliates and have them on the frontpage, for now, I would like for your confirmation. This is our wiki's wordmark. Have a nice day.---TheGreatEye (talk) 10:59, April 20, 2013 (UTC)
Hello! I'm an admin of the Kaichou wa Maid-Sama! Wikia and we would like to affiliate with your wikia:D. If this is possible, send me a message. Thank you!
His trivia already have this part: He wrote his autobiography in secret. Although he would read "The Adventures of the Great and Handsome Treasure Hunter Alibaba Saluja" out loud in a great voice. (from Vol 16) Wouldn't it just repeat the same information?
Hey ManikWorld, I uploaded a photo that I thought is very good for the 'List of Fights' page where their are images of the fights and the one I uploaded was the battle between Sharrkan and Byoln. I tried to adjust the size and so on but I don't why it just doesn't change the size, so I thought you may help me out a bit here.
P.S
Also if the picture is not as good (I don't really know what I meant by that), then you can just leave it or something and just leave the section there as it is.
Sorry for interrupting. If you want to change the photo on the list, you have to manually crop the picture to 194x101, there's no other way. Try to do it without losing the quality and use the most important (or the best) part of the original picture.
Edit: I forgot to say that you could just upload a new version of an existing photo, since it's not like the fight or its combatants are going to change anyway. I've named every picture with "pv" for that very reason (expect about 3, where I just forgot about it - the example would be Sharr vs Byoln... /facepalm).
@ManikWorld Could you put this information somewhere? So people wouldn't have this problem in the future.
Thank you. By the way, I though of adding "aftermath" section (or "epilogue" but it sounds bad imo) to the fight pages, but I'd like to hear your opinion on this matter.
